Wonderful experience, extremely happy

Meena runs a very efficient and functional hotel. She is a kind woman and was so helpful and lovely to have around looking after everything. The hotel is a lovely building and it was really good value for what I payed! The hotel sits right on the lake and has a beautiful view!

The shared bathroom did not have a conventional shower head, just the bucket and jug, so that might be something to keep in mind. Also if you are someone who needs a lot of sleep the proximity to the lake means you can loudly hear the religious ceremonies at 6am and in the evening.

Could be great but...

The location and view is great. There are nice, spacious terraces with a panoramic view of the lake.

The beds are not very comfy and only 6 feet long (thats the case in most places here). The hallways of the hotel smell because there are animal feces which seem to be hard to avoid because a walkway from the street to the shore goes through the hotel. Right before the entrance there are pretty nasty public toilets and its stinks like pee. trash eating cows hang out right at the entrance door. The place seems a bit run down and could need a face-lift or some paint jobs. It could be amazing if it would be looked after better..The noise from barking dogs is probably unavoidable. ceremony starts at 5 30am right in front of the place.

Fantastic hospitality the owners go above and beyond

Its uniqueness and location if stay here every time. The brother and sister owners are wonderful. The restaurant on the roof has fantastic food. The hospitality was above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here! Its a dont miss it location.

Super helpful and honest owners who want to ensure you have a great time in Pushkar. Beautiful sunset/sunrise views over the Pushkar lake from the multiple levels of terraces

The simple room/bed was relatively clean but windows arent very firm - noisy ghats and daily aarti prayers can be heard at full volume in the room

We loved staying at the Bharatpur Palace, you will find the best view of Pushkar and the location is excellent. Meena was lovely with us, she explained a lot of things and her brother Dilip was super nice too. Thank you very much!

This was such a lovely place to stay, all the staff were really helpful and kind! Shout out to Meena who was the biggest ledgend and is such a lovely, down to earth and kind lady who runs the place. She gave us lots of help and we even did a cooking class with Gaietraya and had lots of fun. The rooftop view and restaurant was amazing too, and the chef was fun to talk to and cooked us the best meals!

Great place!

Staff were super helpful and friendly. They gave good info about the town. They went above and beyond and helped us pay for another hotel (another town) as our card wasn't working online. Location is perfect, really lovely spot on the rooftop and terraces overlooking the lake. Good food at the small restaurant on the roof, Marvir's friendly service was great too! Great place!

Smelly public toilet near the entrance to the hotel (not the hotels issue, but had to hold your breath coming and going).
