Best service in Europe

Service was off the chart, they were extremely kind and cordial from the moment we arrived. We were finish our eurotrip in Rome and they were literally the only place that offered to help us with our luggage. They had so many amenities and offered so many tokens such as a bottle of wine on arrival and a panettone on departure. Location was prime for all tourist spots, restaurants and stores. Also a very quiet zone at night making it smooth for our daily rest

We chose this hotel for its location and for the included breakfast and snacks. My teenagers can eat a ton and this hotel had so many treats for them to enjoy. We walked to almost everything easily and when we needed a bus, the stop is right outside. The decor was a hit with my kids too. The owners were very kind. I highly recommend this hotel.
