Just what I wanted for my first visit to Amsterdam!

I really enjoyed my stay at the terrific Asterisk Hotel! I liked that it has that family feeling instead of dealing with a big hotel chain. Location was fantastic. My room was upgraded upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. I especially appreciated that the hotel is very close to the tram and a great breakfast restaurant, De Carrousel Pannenkoeken.

Good location on a quiet street, with access to public transport. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Location was close to the metro (2 stops from Amsterdam Centraal) and the tram line. There was a supermarket close by so it was very useful for getting conveniences.

There is no restaurant/cafe in the hotel. So food will have to be sourced externally. It would have been good to have a communal use microwave.

I would recommend to family and friends and definetely return

Excellent location near to a tram station, underground and the city center. Cozy and silent room with no traffic noise.

Everything was perfect but they didn't change the towels when cleaning the room.

Location perfect, near museums.

The location is very near to the museums and shopping area. Not far from the train and trams. Quite convenient. The room feels comfortable despite the cold outside. The heater is not dry.

The pillow is thinner than the ones that i am used to.
