Everything was perfect!!

Our overall stay at Hotel Arca was amazing. The staff was very accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect as it was really close to the train station. We had a very spacious apartment. Views from the balconies were amazing! We also really loved the heated swimming pool available for guests.

Nice hotel for tours around Zermatt.

Very central location near railway and Gornergrat tram station, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, large appartment with balcony and Matterhorn view.

Hotel interior is a little outdated and would need some renovation soon. Pool and sauna were closed due to renovation - we knew this before.
