Overall positive experience, would return

Great value for money. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and very close to the metro station. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The room gets very cold very fast, and there are no radiators, only AC. I did not like having to keep the AC on during the night.

We use the laundromat few doors down and some dodgy crowds at night nearby.

Superb

Everything, it's clean, super pretty, the staff was great, incredibly comfortable, plus the hotel is located really close to a metro or different bus stops so it's easy to get around.

The elevator and stairs. The elevator was kind of small and once didn't stop at our floor. And the stairs are pretty steep.

Travel should be flexible and hotels should be patron oriented

I loved the location and what sounded like a great room.

Extra costs and poor customer service. I was booked for one night as I flew out through Paris. My flight got changed so I called the hotel weeks before but less than 30 days. Not my choice obviously. I wanted to switch the night to match the flight. They wouldnt do it without 30 days notice. I argued that this was really not customer oriented at all and incredibly inflexible, and they said they would move it but charge me 140 instead of 104 and give me a room without the view that I chose and a single bed. I declined and tried to continue getting a refund. I ended up forfeiting and booking elsewhere. Such an inflexible policy that I have never encountered in all my many years of travel worldwide. Very disappointed.
