Average stay certainly not a value for money

The staff is friendly and service timely.

The approach is not good neither is the view; surrounding need more cleanliness and maintenance.The standard and methodology of service and the pillows especially need drastic improvement. The staff also needs to be better trained. Excessive reliance on one or two persons.

Very clean and well maintained. Staffs are extremely polite and helpful. They helped us arranging ride for the local sightseeing. Food is also tasty.

Food was fairly decent and the staff was very helpful! We liked that the hotel was close to the city, but away from the noise of the city centre. They kept our luggage safe, as we checked out in the morning and did not have the room (also, hotel was fully booked thereafter). A very good property to stay in Jaisalmer

The property is at prime location to go anywhere in Jaisalmer . Staff helped us in arranging complete tour. A very thanks to Mr. Neeraj who helped us throughout the 5 days long trip . The food was also nice and we had most of the meals in hotel itself .

Hotel location is near to Fort. Property is having good parking space, Morning breakfast can be better. One more +ve things regarding this property is, this property is near to "shreeji excellency jaisalmer" restaurant. This restaurant is one of best pure vegetarian restoration in entire Jaisalmer.

Can improve breakfast options.
