Very good

Clean, everything is working. Staff made most of the facilities they had.

Old building itself. Almost no soundproofing. Old furniture, no European socket adapter in the room.

Amazing stay!

Customer service excellent, the chap on Reception from Portugal went the extra mile by checking us in early and finding 3x adaptors for us to use. Very kind and helpful. Amazing view from our balcony! Perfect central location.

Breakfast... no cooked just continental, disappointing. No Kettle, tea/ Coffee facilities in room.

Nice Budget hotel

Nice location, Easy to walk to the Zermatt station, 4-5 mins max. Room sizes are small, but considering value for money, it's good.

Well-located, comfortable, and good value

Well-located hotel, spacious rooms and comfy beds and clean bedding. Good breakfast.

We booked 4 rooms and one of the rooms smelt really bad and we could not stay there. The hotel moved us to another room. The hotel is a little old and dated, but it is clean and comfortable.
