Very good

A good place to spend the night in Agra - an easy trip from the main sites

The roof top bar is fantastic. A brilliant location to relax. The food in the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful

Very noisy and loud music

Position to catch the train from Agra Fort perfect. Staff is very nice! Food was good but they expensive. They also took their time but we ar won holiday that's OK. They also accommodate our early breakfast and we are grateful, however for below reasons I don't recommend.

Room was clean but this is definitely outdated and there is not much that cleaners can do. Sheets were clean but with lot of stains! Super LOUD MUSIC from he bar upstairs. I do NOT recommend to come here if you want to sleep. We've called the reception at 11 :30pm and still until 12:30am the music was there and we had to wake up at 5am. This is an expensive hotel for not sleeping!

Superb

good but could have been better

nice location

We reached early morning and check in was scheduled at 12pm. We found the front desk was not that cooperative about arranging for a spare room for us to freshen up. we expected them to be little more humane.

Nice convenient stay at a modern hotel

New property. Very clean and modern look and modern furnishings. We had both dinner & breakfast. Both were very good. Breakfast spread was decent. If you are looking for 20+ items in breakfast, go elsewhere. We had a suite and multiple Taj view rooms. The suite was quite big. The regular rooms were sized fine, not overly huge but not small either. As a comparison, weve stayed at Marriotts and Hiltons, and we felt this place was equivalent. Alleviate obviously doesnt have a gym or swimming pool or a large overall property.

Payment via booking.com is wonky as you are asked to pay a deposit (off band) ahead of time. Booking.com and the hotel should work together to make this easier for the customer.

Nice location and overall installation, but couldn't see the Taj Mahal because of smog. Breakfast is OK. Simple, but does the work. We had to pay extra, but was cheap.

cleanness is OK, but don't be too picky.

Peaceful stay

Property is very good suit room was good with all amenities in the room n staff of hotel was very nice freindly promt service for everything I would prefer to stay here in future only thing I don't like we don't get local transport easily from the hotel though the hotel in main road busy road no Uber ola cabs n auto are available from here

Too much costly food in the hotel price for everything was too high compared to other hotels coffee 110/- bread omlette 200/- tea 80/- separate buffet breakfast 400 + taxes on all
