The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help and answer questions. They had free coffee available in the lobby which I loved. The location is perfect, just walking distance from Chinatown, Union Square, and the financial district. Well connected by public transport too. We extended our three night stay by one as we were very comfortable.

Lovely Hotel near Union Square

This boutique hotel is in a convenient location not far from Union Square. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet we slept well on the comfortable king bed. The staff are all great! It was nice that we could store our luggage the day we were leaving because we had a meeting to attend. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room, comfortable beds, don't get the room next to the elevator!

The location was perfect since my business was in Chinatown. I loved the walkability and the close proximity to lots of good restaurants.

My room was adjacent to the elevator, which meant loud grinding noises. I stayed two nights and the second night was much worse--otherwise I would have asked to switch rooms.

I would definitely book again with this Hotel!

The hotel was in a great spot, close to lots of restaurants and bars. It was right across the street from The Irish Bank which has amazing bar food, great drinks, and a chill but fun atmosphere! When you walked out of the hotel and turned left, you see the gates to Chinatown. There was a lot to explore in the area. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel felt secure. The lobby was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and lights. The staff were kind and quick to assist with fresh towels and anything else you needed. Overall the perfect place to stay in San Francisco!

Great location and extremely friendly staff. Looks nothing from the outside but a great room for a great price.

Nothing not to like. We payed about 120 a night to stay in a central hotel. I was so impressed we even got coffee in the rooms. All the little extras were also in the too.
