It's an old Indian style place. If you want to experience how Indian live everyday you can visit this place.

There is no shower. Need to take a shower while collecting water from the tap. And it does smell like pee in rooms.

Absolutely lovely and comfortable, very basic place to city centre and all the markets lovely place

Cant say anything bad about it to the properties well-maintained for an old building, but thats why we travel

Amazing Staff, Good Rooms, Not Great for Wifi

The staff are AMAZING! The owner is so incredibly kind. She helped me figure out what I needed to get done for clothes for my friend's wedding (as a person from the US who has never been to India before this trip) and gave me endless recommendations on where to go for shopping, food, and other things in Mumbai. The bed was also super comfy in my opinion. (I like firm matresses.)

My only complaint honestly is the wifi situation. There is only wifi on the floor with the check in counter so if you're on the other floor like I am, no wifi in the rooms. Which wouldn't be a problem except that that area is locked up overnight so there is no access to wifi at night for the upstairs rooms. (Which, in my case, no access when I needed to be online to talk to family back in the US.) Fixing the wifi situation would bring my rating from a 9 to a 10!
