Superb

I love all the extra amenities in the hotel that you can enjoy with friends and family. Hotel and room was super clean and up to date. The free breakfast was great.

I did not like how the indoor pool was closed. I also did not like that they do not offer public parking.

Bed was comfy but sof was not. We spent three days at the hotel and nobody refilled our shampoo and I had to literally wash my hair with soap

Passable

The room was clean and quiet

The breakfast was adequate at best, most hotel offer some semblance of a healthy breakfast, there wasnt even an option of a freshly cut fruit platter. I also really disliked the use of disposable plastic plates, cups and cutlery. Most European hotels have a lot more environmental awareness.

The room was great Valet were fantastic Basketball court was great

Reception staff always on there mobile phones, felt like we were putting them out when we asked a question or for help. Golf didnt work Pool was cold and looked dirty Breakfast was very average

Very good

I enjoyed the value that was provided for the price

Breakfast was really good. Room size was great. My son loved the basketball room. He really worked on his game while his sister attended a K-pop concert.

AC units are too loud , especially when they turn on and off. Gym room extremely out dated, weights looked rusted. In the area prior to getting to the gym and pool there is a discomforting smell that I cant describe.

Would stay again for sure and just request a move to a different room

It was very clean. The valet service was super efficient. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast but the Texas shaped waffles make it fun

Ceiling fan didnt work as well as the overhead light. The top of the microwave was melted with a burn mark inside making us scared to use it. Couldnt open the silverware drawer.
