A smile brings you successful business!

I love everything about this hotel. From the valet staff at the entrance door to the check-in counter. Everyone was very friendly. (Donna helped me the most)! Other staffs were always smiling and asking if we needed any help.

I am trying to book from 11/29~11/5 2024 and its already sold out. How is it possible? It's 1/02/2024!

Excellent place to stay!!

Good size rooms, very clean, comfortable, big size TVs, i was not expecting a small and full equipped kitchen i really like that! and the view to the lake with those big windows it's awesome! Definitely will come back!.

2 of the 3 doors makes a loud squeak noise, and it bother in the night going to the bathroom , i request in lobby to fix it nobody came. But is easy to take care that.

Great location: neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants, very close to train and bus lines

Great room and excellent location for our purposes - very close to the red line. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff was very professional. We had a few people on our floor who were being loud and smoking; when we reported that to the front desk, they addressed the issue promptly.

No complaints; it was a great stay and we will stay here again.

Very good

The staff were really nice. The location was perfect. I had laid a second blanket on the bed because I get cold, the next day when I came back to my room the blanket was gone - house keeping had replaced it with a different blanket when they made my bed that day. I thought that was really thoughtful.

Exceptional staff took great care of us. Great location to the museums.

Location was excellent. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was average. Rooms were large!

Parking was valet only and it was full the Saturday night we needed it. But parking garages were only a block away so not too big of an issue.

Two Night Stay in Chicago. We couldn't have chosen better. Attentive staff especially Jason. Wonderful and spacious suite with dining area, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron. Impeccable cleaning. The view of the city was the best. Free snacks until 7pm. There is a Happy Hour for food and drink. Breakfast with many options. Wonderful indoor pool, the water could be a little warmer, the Jacuzzi felt good as it was raining outside. In general, everything was wonderful. Congratulations

Something to think about. In an era where we think about the environment, at Happy Hours as well as at breakfast they could stop using disposable plastic plates, cups and cutlery. The Hilton Group should rethink this point in my opinion using non-disposable plates and cutlery
