Very good

Decent, geographically convenient option inside the Fort

The location was great, near the centre of the Fort. The man running the place was very polite and offered us fruit on arrival and a complimentary breakfast.

Only slight negative was we were a bit surprised by the price of doing laundry. To be fair, it is partly our own fault for not asking for the cost beforehand, but regardless, we were surprised to get charged European prices (12) for a wash, when everywhere else around India was a fraction of the price.

Amazing accommodation, highly recommanded

Really nice stay, more a hotel than a Homestay, but fantastic location and really helpful staff. The room is spacious and more then we expected. One of the best stays in India after 5 weeks travelling. We would stay again.

Excellent facilities with clean, comfortable rooms. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us.

Clean room in a nice area, and friendly staff.

WiFi was not good. Would work for a few hours and then cut off. All of the routers had the same issue. Also was quite disappointed to find there was no option for breakfast here. Felt much more like a hotel than a home stay

We were given a very large upstairs room that had a dining table and 4 chairs. There were tea and coffee making facilities and crockery and cutlery provided. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there is a large balcony off the room. The bathroom was very spacious and the room was serviced regularly. The Homestay is a 30 rupee auto rickshaw ride away from the tourist centre of Fort Cochin, but we really enjoyed getting to know the more authentic neighborhood where the homestay is located. There is an excellent and inexpensive veg restaurant just a 5 to 10 minute walk away, a fruit shop, and also a wine and beer shop close by. We loved our stay here and were sorry to leave. It's extremely well run by very nice people.
