Such a lovely, cosy, homely place. The staff are all lovely and make you feel right at home, they really make you feel like part of the family. If Im ever in Phuket again there is nowhere else Id rather stay.

Value for money in an excellent location

Nice touch was the free coffee . Location was excellent about 7 minute walk away from the walking street.

The Wi-Fi kept on dropping out so this could have been a lot better.

A Unique and Delightful Stay Among Locals

Ever walked past one of those houses where locals live and wondered what it's like inside? Well, this is your chance. Unpretentious and affordable, although not my usual type of place to stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Waking up to Toni playing the guitar in the lobby or hearing one of Anya's stories about her recent gigs always made me smile. Also the Wi-Fi was lighting fast! The place exudes a unique charm that leaves a lasting impression.

I'm a big fan of crisp white sheets and soft cotton towels, but here, everything had a slightly more alternative touch. While the place isn't dirty, it could definitely benefit from a little spring clean to enhance that extra comfort level.

Incredible staff, amazing catering with local snacks every day and a full brekky. We miss Cocoa and Nescafe (the two kitties) so much! cannot wait to stay with Home & Hug again.

no window, no ac, really hot and sticky inside, no privacy its not a room just a curtain divide a big room into two rooms, i could hear the other guest behind the curtain in her bed :( feels like living in a slum in india

We ve book a room with 2 beds, but werde supposed to come along with a Single bed room. After 15min of discussion we Received the 2 bed room.

The location was pretty nice; located in the centre of Phuket old town. The staff are also very helpful and friendly

Due to the age of the building, the bathroom smell a bit. So does the room.

The location and the staff and the host. They were very friendly and helpful.

It is not like in the photos, the room was separated by another one by a drape, the room was musty, really bad smell and without a window. No AC, but that was alright. What wasn't alright was the dirtiness of the fan, which we had to thoroughly clean before turning it on. Bathroom was dirty, without toilet paper or soap, but passable.
