Very good

Breakfast was ok but food ran out quickly and there was not enough room for seating guests

The cleaning of the room wasnt every day. Dish washer wasnt always done

Location is near to the station

Floor is a bit dirty. Breakfast area is too small for large crowd in the morning . A bit pricy for the area.

Superb

The right place for a quick stay at Queens

The bed, the kitchen, the bathroom and the staff are friendly. The breakfast had a good offer Laundry, on site gym are amazing The hotel is very quiet despite its central location. Parking is available on site, and even when it's full, there is a parking in the next block (3 minutes walking) that has agreements and discounts with the hotel.

The breakfast was not well organized during the rush hours. Cutlery and plates not easily accessible.

The location was perfect, personel super friendly, Rooftopview on Manhatten & Queens

Maybe more variation at the breakfast would be nice.

Nice hotel with great location and prize

Location Bathroom Main bed mattress

- Sofa bed - it was not prepared for sleep, mattress quality is poor - Plastic sheets and blankets instead of cotton. - Plastic sheets were producing electricity in our hair - Always the same breakfast without any vegetable available - Jam at breakfast - no place to sit, no trays to take food to the room - Terrible cofee - No herbal tea available - Nobody clean the tables for breakfast - Rooms beer not cleaned every day. We run out of toilet paper and shower gel and nobody refil it for 2 days - No option to regulate room temperature and air quality by opening window or set the heating temperature
