Pleasant stay at Homa

The hotel was really nice and the room was really spacious. The facilities were really modern and new, and the hotel looked like it was built post-pandemic. On the 7th (highest) floor, there is an Italian restaurant which has good tasting food but is relatively expensive. There is also a games room with a PS5, which is not too crowded, and a beautiful pool overlooking Phuket Town. Each floor also had a water-fountain, which meant we didn't have to spend any more money on water at a 7-11. Staff were also really nice and helpful. Overall, it's just been a really nice experience.

The location where the hotel is quite quiet. To get to a happening area like Patong Beach, it is at least a 30-minute taxi journey. In fairness, Chillva Market is within a walkable distance to the hotel. The bathrooms could've been a bit better if they had a designated holder for soaps/shampoos as they kept falling down. The washing machine also had a but of a funky smell. It also wouldn't have hurt if the restaurant had more variety, as after a few meals there, the selection of food gets very repetitive.

Peaceful accommodation in Phuket

The highlight here is the staff, they are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is good for people looking for something quieter, out of the business of Phuket. My room was gorgeous and spacious. The restaurant was delicious and the rooftop pool was lovely to chill beside. I didn't realize when I booked that there were long term tenants there, would definitely stay here if I were a digit nomad in another life.

Very nice stay not far from the old Phuket town

Very nice stay. Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful greenery, water refill anytime, good food for lunch and dinner, co working area. Very warm and nice people working at the restaurant.

Not enough sunbeds and umbrellas in the pool area. No breakfast buffet (a la card selection gets repetitive) For the location, you need a taxi or your own transport. We took a grab every day eg to go to the old Phuket town

Location was a bit outside the city center $150-200 bat. But you cant beat it for that money and awesome staff.

The property was really well designed and the amenities were exceptional

The amenities such as the pool, the restaurant and gym were fantastic. Our unit was small and no outdoor space. But for that money it was hard to beat

- The co-working space was pretty good, although it wasn't easy to find an empty meeting pod in case you need one, having more space would make things much easier. - Nice pool. - Friendly and helpful staff.

- It happened to us a couple of times when the towels were not clean.

Beautiful architecture and facilities, great pool bar, comfy beds and loved the location.

A few points to be honest: - did not get our room cleaned once during our stay. When spoke to staff, they told me that you must request cleaning if you want it, which was untrue considering the rest of our party had theirs done daily. - absolutely no food or.drink.available after 10 o clock, which wasnt ideal as the nearest open shop is a 7/11 a kilometre down the road. - nowhere near enough loungers upstairs in the pool area; people were laying onnthe floor because there was no other option.
