It got the job done. Little bit too quiet for my taste but it was an okay stay. Not much privacy at all.

It was an okay property. For sure needs to be updated with some of the amenities but overall not terrible.

I would say the floor boards need to be replaced because you can hear every single step in both apartment complexes.

The apartment was great! It was comfortably warm, including electric heaters in bath and bedroom. This is a small 1-bedroom with private bath/shower, and efficiency kitchen with dorm-sized fridge. The bed is a double, firm mattress, which I found very comfortable. Check in/check out is easy. There is one flight of stairs which is easy to navigate. It is on a quiet residential street. The location is walk-friendly: Jewels and Walgreens a few blocks away and excellent coffee shops and restaurants on North Clark.

I missed having a coffeemaker, or an electric hot pot to boil water for coffee or tea. Hot water in the bathroom sink was turned off. (I turned it on during my 2-day stay and shut it off before I left) Parking on the street requires a permit. This did not affect me, but could be a problem for others.

All was as advertised, except for the critter.

No breakfast offered

We heard an animal in the wall, specifically we heard chewing and scrabbling noises. Our best guess is that it is a rodent of some sort.

After overcoming the initial obstacles, I felt relaxed and comfortable.

No breakfast.

That the given code for the door key to enter the house didnt work and was out in the cold for more than 40 minutes, nobody to make inquiries from, no customer service, no communication, until I figured out to send email before a new code was sent to me.

Clean bedroom and shared washroom.

No water to drink, no kitchen, just a bedroom and a shared washroom. Looks good but these basics things as water or coffee needs to provided for the amount being charged.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, great location and easy self check in

Only downside was the french door separating our room from the other rooms on our floor wasnt secure. It could be opened from the outside using a credit card or anything else easily.

Very good

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and a couple different bus stops. It's much better than a hostel. The people were friendly.

The room with the shared bathroom has no kitchen or fridge, but it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation for the price!

Location of this property was excellent. Price I paid for the unit was excellent. Neighborhood was excellent. I was in town for a concert and to visit a friend, so this property was chosen for proximity to both. The direction for access were excellent, the unit was clean, although the ceiling fan was pretty dusty (I didn't need it, but wouldn't have been able to due to allergy if I had.) Seems a bit odd, however, that there were 3 bottles of shampoo and NO conditioner in the bathroom. (I don't use shampoo and did bring my own toiletries, but this is listed as an amenity) I was satisfied overall with my stay, and if I return to visit this area of town, I would stay here again.

There was an odd burnt chemical odor upon entering the unit every time, and I was unable to figure out where it was coming from. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, and I like firm beds, so that's saying alot...haha. The photos on the site showed a couch/love seat in the living area and also listed it on the amenities. There was no couch and only 2 very uncomfortable dining chairs where I would assume it had been. If my friend had actually come to stay with me( I paid for 2 guests) he would have had to sleep in the bed with me and not on the couch like he had planned. I had an issue with the Roku TV/WiFi that was quite annoying (occurred 2 separate times and different people - I assume other guests) - I was watching a program when all of a sudden the screen began logging a random person into YouTubeTV. I had to completely shut down the TV to make it stop, and messaged the manager about it. I never heard anything back. There were 2 TVs in the unit, but only one remote for the one in the bedroom and no way to use the on in the living area.
