Good value vs money!

Really good price/quality

Its a bit old including bathrooms, but i guess thats most of the hotels. Everything was good though!

How easy it was to get to my room and how comfortable were the sheets

The ice machine didnt work when I had mentioned 3 time about it. The rooms on the pictures were not like the room I stayed in

Very good

The hotel was good, some hiccups with the parking you have to pay parking separately $35 dollars per day additional, just make sure they register your vehicle in reception if you don't want to deal with problems when getting out of the hotel.

It was nice and comfortable for a one night stay. David - one of the staff helped with connecting Netflix on the tv so that was cool.

The front desk was kinda rude at first but friendly when we checked out.

Everything but the TV ..

TV ..it's awful..who ever their provider is..the channel selections were so strange. None of the normal channels like ESPN or CNBC..just cbs, NBC, Fox, abc ..the rest of them I've never heard of and the offerings were Awful..such a nice place to stay..with the worst TV service I've ever experienced!

Not what I expected. Piss poor

1. You don't even get bottle water in your room. 2. When you check out they make you pay for holding your bags before your flight lol. 3. The front desk staff was awful not willing to help. They had a issue with booking.com and they told us on Christmas day to call booking and let them call them. Then the manager came out and said not to worry she will deal with it after I made an issue about it. They just take your money and the service is not that great. It is not top for me at all.

I did not even get the opportunity to stay in the room you took my money and not allowed me and my husband and his brother to utilize the room and refuse to give our money back you are very poor quality of people that have zero morals the staff sucks

Was unable to stay in the room after booking due to identification not matching payment it was my husband and his brother one had the ID one had the money he refused our stay and refused to give us our money back I plan on taking this to court if my funds are not released
