Good

We loved the location. Nice to have close parking.

The decor was outdated and scratched up. We didn't see anyone from the staff for the entire three night stay. The checkout time is too early.You should at least have until 11pm

We had a nice stay at this property. I would just address some of the cleaning problems.

Location

The air conditioner had mold it in and rattled bad. The bathroom fan was filthy .

Superb

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful weekend.

The bed was super comfortable and the location was great.

Our room was on the main floor so it was a little loud when others guests came in late at night.

Location proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Free parking. Rocking chairs on the porch.

They keep the entrance door unlocked which felt unsafe since anyone could walk in. The bathroom ceiling fan was missing a cover. The room wasnt vacuumed. No hair dryer.
