The room was large.

Breakfast wasn't good. Slippery and safe box was not exsisting. Shuttle bus wasn't free.

Bad Customer Service!

We had paid in advance, but had a death in the family and had to leave a couple of days later therefore not being able to stay here we were not refunded anything on our stay. Bad customer service!

Not as good as expected from holiday inn..

Some staff very very good

1. Waiters in restaurant are in general not so nice, they were sitting on our head to place the order within 30sec of entering the restaurant. 2. Rooms were not sound proof, kept hearing noises from other rooms. 3. There was no air conditioning. 4. Location was very far from city and not so convenient

A comfortable stay with very helpful staff

The hotel staff speak decent English and gave me very helpful answers to all my questions. They sold me train tickets for 1.50 each. This makes your life so much easier as a rookie tourist wanting to take public transport. The hotel also offers daily shuttles to the city centre, but you have to book at least a day in advance. The room was comfortable and they provide a variety of pillows (different degrees of softness) to chose from.

Note that this hotel is close to the airport, but far from the centre of Rome. On one day we took trains all the way to the Colosseum, and it took ~90 minutes. Muratella train station is only a 10 minute walk away, though. The breakfast was fine, but I want to point out a couple of things. There were not a lot of vegan options. I was pleasantly surprised that they had vegan butter, thereby I could have decent toast. But other than that, I'm not sure I got my 18's worth. I did order soy cappuccinos, which were decent. Lastly, the Saturday morning around 9am was extremely busy. I could barely find a table, and the staff could not keep up with clearing plates and putting new cutlery down. So, be aware of that. Staff were also too busy to take my cappuccino order. The other days I went around 7-7:30am, and that was nice and quiet.

Relaxing and loved the breakfast

The staff were lovely and made up for the lack of facilities outside the hotel We were pleased how close the station is though - just a few minutes and you are in walking distance of the coliseum - the metro station extremely close
