We checked in around 11:30pm after a day at Disney and when we unlocked our room the deadbolt was locked. Someone then yelled at us from inside what was supposed to be our room. They somehow double booked our room.

The hotel was accesible to establishments, restaurant, groceries and disneyworld.

It was time for check out we were waiting for 30 minutes for the elevator from 4th floor good thing somebody told us that it was stucked at the 2nd floor so we didnt wait anymore and used the stairs with all our luggages instead

Excellent Facility

Stopped by on the final keg of our trip from NJ. The hotel was excellent. Very secure facility. Clean and comfortable room. Great pool. Applebees located in the lobby makes grabbing a meal convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue I had was when we returned from breakfast our room card wouldn't open the door. We went to the front desk and after asking our name the woman said we had the room room number. I explained we had the correct number. She rescanned the card and it opened our door. I believe she was confused and tried to blame the mix up on us instead of admitting she made an error when looking up our information.

The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was very small, the toilet acted like it didnt want to flush and the shower leaked ALL NIGHT.

Close to the parks. Pool is nice.

This is our 4th stay and this was our 1st bad experience with the rooms. Water never got passed luke warm, all the wall sockets wouldn't hold the plugs because they were so loose. And the carpet was very dirty and smelly.

Overall the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and we were well rested and pleased

Secluded parking, comfortable bed, clean, affordable, transportation to Disney parks

The water pressure was a little weird/the shower sounded like a washing machine. Its hard to see where turn into the hotel lot - we missed the turn the first time and had to do a loop around
