Ideal for families

Very nice hotel, ideal for families, has different restaurants, pools and games, as well as a very nice spa. Room was big and confy, personnel was very attentive and polite. The hotel offers free shuttle services for ferry terminal and malls

WIFI in common areas is deficient.

The staff were great especially Windy in reception.

The music at the New Year dinner was too loud for us to enjoy and deafening. It destroyed the ambience of the night. Would have been better if the speaker volume was turned down.

Very poor

The aircon in one of the room was leaking at midnight. The maintenance guy came to repair one side but the other side continued leaking after he left. We noticed the aircon filter were very dirty.

There's a variety of food at the breakfast buffet area.

The facilities at the games lounge are not well maintained. House keeping services could be better. Used bath towels and bathroom mat were taken away without replacement.

Pleasent stay

There are activities for kids like swimming which has a water slide & banana float, panda kids room. Also has a games room which has billiard table, air-hockey, darts (needs to be changed) and some other games. The food options and pricing are decent.

They need to renovate their Games Room

Overall it was a fantastic stay

The room was spacious and our kids love the stay. The breakfast was fantastic.

The sofa have some musty smell and I would suggest a bidet even in their spare toilet as the kids were struggling without it and there was bidet only in the master bedroom.
