Superb

The property is very well maintained with the best lake and mountain views in Queenstown. The room was sparkly clean and had everything we needed. The staff is exceptional, helpful, professional and welcoming. A special mention to Camila and the staff who have gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable, and accommodated our preference of a slightly early check-in, minding our luggage while we went out to town, and helping my parents with their bags and a lift close to the room so they won't have to walk too far. It felt very personalised and we will definitely be coming back.

It's a little far and hilly to walk to and from the town, but not an issue if you have a rental car or if you're willing to catch the public bus.

Superb

Very enjoyable trip and hotel.

We have a magnificent view of the lake from our balcony. The room is clean and staff was ver helpful.

Hotel location is closed to airport, you could hear the noises.

Lovely comfy beds and pillows. View from room was spectacular. Staff at reception and at breakfast were lovely.

Called the cleaner as our shower drain was really smelly, he didn't seem very capable and didn't clean it. The towel rail was not at all obvious how to turn on, just happened to flick a random switch. The moisturiser was empty ... Not a massive thing but it advertised free toiletries.

Great location. Just a 10 min drive from the center of Queenstown. Staff is very helpful. Sylvia from the front desk went out of her way to help us with making bookings for Milford Sound and bungy

Extra towels in spa room. Little bridge.access

Rattle fridge all night, mold in bathroom, no view, over priced, bathroom window didn't open, light over jug didn't work, fridge iced up so turned off. Room to dark. Bathroom door let too much light in at night

Decent hotel. Outstanding Lakeview Balcony.

Lake view BALCONY. Breakfast was TOP NOTCH. BATHROOM WITH Railing heater to dry wet clothes. Bed a bit too bouncy. Pillows were alright. Staffs were super friendly. Check in done fast within couple of minutes.

$20 parking per day.. They are not even in CITY AREA =(... Little puzzling.
