Front desk staffer behaviour was excellent and cooperative. Location is next to food court with excellent options. The room is okay. I don't know about the breakfast as we left in the early morning.

Wifi didn't work at all. It was almost at very low speed at all time.

Our room was poor. Knocking sound coming through till early hours and the walls are paper thin so heard and smelt everything from next door. Should have sound proofing walls and doors as a minimum- very poor sleep

I will undoubtedly return there!!

The restaurant is five stars, the staff is five stars. But: the accessible room we asked for was in a smokers section and the air was disgusting (it felt like sleeping in a ashtray) , because the neighbours were smokers, the bathroom accessible but not really pleasant, so we asked to be moved in a normal room, my disabled partner could manage. Their staff moved us to the last floor in a very nice room, but since it is just under the roof you can hear the noise made by the ventilation machines all night tacka tacka tacka. So: its a great hotel, the rooms are very good, but avoid the last floor and the accessible room (unless they have another one in a non-smoker section). I will undoubtedly return there because this is a great hotel!

If you book an accessible room, make sure they dont put you in a smokers section! If you are a light sleeper dont accept a room on the last floor, the ventilation being right over the rooms, you might need heat plugs or youll get a disturbed sleep.
