Exceptional value for money

Significantly cheaper than almost all nearby hotels without any major sacrifices. Close to a station with great links to the city centre and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly return/recommend.

The only slight disappointment was that I couldn't find the airport shuttle when landing (advertised on the hotel's website). Fortunately, the hotel is near a very well-connected train station.

Lovely stay overall

I liked the friendly staff and the organized transport. I very much liked the room, breakfast and the nearest subway station that takes you to the city.

I did not like only that I had to pay for the shuttle on the way to the airport after it was advertised that it is free. It should be free for all the hotel guests.

Superb

Comfortable and pleasant!

We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected (3 hours early) and they allowed us to check in early, the room was very clean and spacious, you don't need an adapter to charge your devices. The nearest train station is about a 10-minute walk away and is very safe.

Satisfactory short stay

Clean and modern design hotel with ideal location for short layover in Zurich. Hotel is near to the train station going into the city or the airport.

In room TV channel selection is very poor. Overcrowded restaurant during breakfast. Lack of staffing and lack of food selection. Front desk staffs are not friendly at all.
