Clean, new looking hotel. Room was a good size (single queen) with clean amenities. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of options.

They didn't have our booking on their system even though it was confirmed through Booking.com. We didn't have a room ready after a 10 hour drive from Melbourne with a 1 year old; had to wait 30 minutes for staff to give us a new room. Seemed like everyday they had issues checking people in. Hotel parking is a rip-off, $40 per night. You're kind of forced into it as there is restricted parking outside.

Clean and comfortable with an amazing breakfast

Very clean and modern, easy to get to and from the airport, nice staff and the breakfast was fantastic.

The only downside for us was the shower didnt feel very private from the rest of the room with the way it was set up and the type of glass of used.

Super convenient location

It was great to have the option of a soft or firm pillow. Didn't use the facilities but heard there was an onsite laundry as weel.

My tiny little issue was with the pillow covers, which smelt a bit musty, like they were not dried properly and stored.

Location near the airport and the breakfast.

Pricey for the small room. Conditioner empty as well as hand soap. Stained lounge chair. Empty sanitizer. A/C did not work well.
