I would stay there again.

The room was small compared to US standards but adequate for 2 people with separate twin beds. It was clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea and a hot water kettle in the room. In-room safe. Good cleaning/housekeeping. Front desk staff were friendly, and were very patient with our frequent requests to call for a taxi. Taxis came within 3-5 minutes. My IHG Rewards # gave us 10% discount for food at the bar. Breakfast (which was included in the room rate) was excellent - varied and plentiful. Walking distance to Chinatown.

Could have used a bit more space - but I knew it from the previous reviews that the room was going to be small, so I was prepared. The cappuccino machine at the breakfast bar was slow and did not deliver at hot enough temperature. Other than that, breakfast was excellent.

Great position near MRT...quiet area...near Malls..great room ..WIFI...Great service.

The Breakfast Service needs to be improved. Too many people at one time.

Its a great hotel just dont be prepared for a warm welcome.

The location of the hotel is great far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing yet close enough to all the sites.

The staff at the desk at first arrival were not very welcoming to the hotel. There was no welcome to the hotel or Singapore. Their first communication was passport at which point I said there are 3 rooms booked for us sort passports into the rooms only need one person to check in rest of you go stand to the side We did that and were told all rooms were queen beds but when I responded with one should be a twin room as booked there was no reply to confirm what I had said but we were handed keys for 2 queens and 1 twin to which point she handed back our passport and key and took a phone call, not being sure if the check in process was complete I waited until the end of the phone only to be asked can I help you? I asked if she needed anything else from us and I was told no We were not even given direction to the lifts. The whole interaction was cold and clinical. The hotel is lovely just needs some warmth on the front desk.
