Clean and modern

The beds were comfy, the building and rooms are modern and clean and it was pretty quiet and we overlooked the main tram station and road.

The soap smelled weird, and the bath towels were too small.

Good Location, convenient parking, good valeu, specially considering the breakfast.

Check in was long, and we had to change rooms twice because of random issues. But that was punctual and specific to my stay. Keep in mind that the bedrooms are small, no fridge and not much space for luggage, and not also to hang clothes.

The staff were very kind. Breakfast buffets were so good I've enjoyed it. Rotterdam shopping centre are huge but really good. And everything is so near not far.

I didn't like the pillow were thin and sheet of pillow wasn't smooth I didn't like the feeling of it. Even the duvets were also thin it weren't a bit thickness at all. But there wasn't the information on website booking wasn't inside the room such as ironing etc some things wasn't there. I didn't like the blue light inside the toilet it's hurting my eyes.

Be careful of hidden charges

Good location in centre of Rotterdam

Charged extra for my stay on departure when everything was supposed to have been fully paid when I checked in. Although it was a small amount, it should have been waived on principle. Very disappointed at the attitude of the staff when I raised this.
