Great convenient option when you need to be near the airport.

The hotel in general is very clean and modern. Staff were very nice and helpful, and they have a good shuttle service to the airport. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Nice bathrooms with body gel and shampoo.

Great hotel, great location. In spite of the challenges it certainly is a good place to stay

Nice enough if you are flying at the next day

The room was very good, very confortable and very clean. The breakfast was decent and perfect to start the day, it was included with the price of the room so it was okay. There was free airport transport van so that was cool.

It took approximately one hour, instead of the expected few minutes, to travel from the airport to the hotel. Unaware that the hotel was situated near the autodromo, as well as a convention center and/or stadium, I encountered heavy traffic and faced difficulties reaching the hotel. The surrounding area was noisy, and the neighborhood itself lacked charm, offering no pleasant spots for a leisurely stroll. Given these factors, I wouldn't opt for the same accommodation if arriving from the airport. Instead, I might consider a hotel directly across from the airport or explore other options in a more appealing suburb of Mexico City.

It was a great stay. A bit spendy, but good for what we needed.

Location for events at foro sol is fabulous. Its a 3 min walk to the main entrances/gates. The cleaning staff was great as well!

There were some residual short hairs in the bed and some towels. They looked to be from the dryer because everything was clean.

It's very close to The Foro Sol, (I attended a concert), the staff was nice and very helpful, the 24h restaurant was a plus, bed is very comfortable. The room is very spacious.

The shower floor is very slippery. They do provide a bath mat, which was very helpful, but you still need to be very careful.

Excellent service. They place was clean and having the restaurante open 24 hours was great. Also have a free shuttle to the airport was so helpful and excellent. I will definitely recommend this place!

Surprisingly "far" for an airport hotel

The room size after changing it. Plenty of bottled water available. Dinner at the on site restaurant.

The king size room was smaller than advertised and very noisy, so I had to ask for a room change. The gym is small and stuffy with old equipment. The breakfast choices were limited and the omelet was stinky. No lactose free milk. The wait time for the shuttle is way too long. Waited 1,5 hour on my first stay and 30 minutes on my second stay. Which is very inconvenient especially after a 27 hour trip.
