Near the airport

Low wifi signal on my room. Sharp things sticking out from the carpet. Toilet has broken lock. Please check room 0602.

Pleasant

Not sure. Front desk people don't know how to get "grab" cab!!! Maci, Thea, and Josh are very helpful. My first visit last year was great! I came back this year, and I was disappointed.

It's a nice place to stay before going to the airport

Proximity to the airport is good. Only 20 minute cab ride to terminal 2. They set up a wake up call and there was a free grab and go breakfast with fruit, pastries, and coffee. There is a breakfast buffet between 6 and 10pm. The room was clean, spacious, nice mattress, pillows and sheets. Ensuite bathroom with good towels, toiletries, and soap/shampoo. Wifi was good

Easy access to the airport

We loved that it was walking distance to the airport. We had to take a flight the next morning so staying here for a night was a good option to avoid morning traffics if we were to stay in city centre. The price was obviously higher but for us it was worth it.

The breakfast was a little bit of a letdown. It's not bad but they could do better.

Don't stay here if you value basic amenities like hot water

Used this overnight prior to a morning flight. Convenient for the airport

There was no hot water. I stayed between 2-3 Jan 2024. I got in after a tiring day and had an early morning flight. All I wanted was a hot shower and to sleep. Called reception and said there was no hot water. They sent a technician who tried to tell me. It was hot when it was clearly not. Two phone calls more and 45 mins later I had to go to the lobby myself to then move to a new room. They didn't even have the courtesy to send someone to help with the bags which we had to do ourselves.

Superb

A comfortable stay few miles away from the hotel.

The room exceeds my expectations. My Mom and I had a great stay here, even if it was only one night. The "TO GO" breakfast is also a great idea since our flight is early in the morning, and we are not able to experience the breakfast at the restaurant. Overall, our stay is very comfortable and convenient.

I think because it's December, there are too much traffic in the area, it took us a while to reach to the hotel from the airport.

Pleasant

No frills hotel near the airport.

Great location near the airport and the Newport mall. Beds were comfortable.

2 of our 3 rooms had roaches. Frosted shower glass that faces into the room is a privacy issue. Breakfast buffet wasn't that great. Coffee was terrible. 2 of 6 elevators broken, causing long wait.
