Very good

Great value for money and close to city centre.

People had left negative comments abt parking facilities and the breakfast running out of items. But in reality neither were a problem. Parking is 15/day simple and seems fair for such a popular city. Breakfast was busy if you left it late and staff did struggle to cope with the number of guests at times but they did their best and if people aren't prepared to wait a few mins, go to breakfast earlier. Can't fault the staff.

We would like to get our refund back please 100 as the hotel offered it to us

Found the room was dirty, this was reported same day but no such service was received until after two days. The manager offered to refund us 100 as compensation but at the departure time, we were asked to contact Booking.com as we paid directly to them. It was not possible to find vivid email address for Booking.com except the ''no reply one'', as result we aren't yet to get our refund of 100 back. Would you please consider this comment and refund our money back please. This will be much appreciate

Clean and comfortable rooms. Short walk to the centre of Bath.

Being told to keep it down in a bar with just two other people at 20.45 on a Saturday night. As a group of 4 friends just chatting and having a laugh it put a dampener on the evening and stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff very helpful. They changed my room so I could be nearer my family. Also very helpful in altering the temperature in my room when asked. Bed - very comfortable .

I couldn't work out how to change the CH thermostat. It felt as if cool air was blowing through the room. Maybe it was on Air Conditioning. An explanatory leaflet would have been helpful.

Okay stay, clean and comfortable rooms.

We booked a room for myself and two children. When we went to the room only the double bed had been made up, when I called through to reception they asked if I had asked for a bed to be made up for my children. I presumed that as the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children this would be self explanatory. We were then delivered bedding to make the sofa bed up ourselves, which I have no problem with doing, it was a little disappointing though, and there was no apology for this. The hotel was clean and good value for money.
