We love staying here and going to games and how close to great restaurants

How close to bandits and Sabres game and the ball drop

Disappointing

Disappointing. Wont make that mistake again.

The large connecting rooms

One of the rooms we got smelled of smoke the entire time. I even brought disinfectant spray but the stench did not go away. The microwave was not working. The sofa was worn out. We stayed 2 nights and the second day our rooms werent even cleaned despite us coming back only late at night. The morning after the game there was hardly any breakfast left. Definitely no hot food.

Great location, Spacious room.

We stayed in a King Suite which was very spacious. Our door was a little tricky to open as it rubbed against the frame. There was a small fridge, microwave and keurig in our room. There was a living room area with a couch and tv and a separate bedroom with doors for privacy. The tub in the bathroom was a little high to get in and out of, it would not be very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was included, and the area was clean and organized the first night of our stay. The hotel is located right next to the trolley line, which was great as we were there for a hockey game. We were able to jump on the trolley and ride it to Key Center for free. After the game, the trolley was packed so we chose to walk, which was an easy 1 mile walk, and took the same amount of time as if we had waited for the next trolley to cram into.

When we arrived, we learned that there was no parking on site, but they recommended a parking garage about 1 1/2 blocks away. I'm not sure if this was mentioned in the description of the property, I didn't look into it before hand like I typically do, but the garage was an easy walk, and priced reasonably at $9/day max when you don't leave the garage, as we parked our car for the entire stay. The breakfast area had several empty stations which limited the options for breakfast. The second day of our stay was much busier and it the coffee station and trash were clear indications of this. We saw one employee who was doing her best to keep the coffee filled and the food area stocked, but with the amount of guests, it was impossible for her to keep up with cleaning the counters and empty the trash also. This is no reflection on the hotel, but something we learned while we were there. Many of the restaurants had strange hours. We like to eat at local places when we visit other areas, and we struggled to find restaurants that were open.

All was perfect except parking lot !

Welcoming and kind staff , clean and comfortable room , good location.

Therre was no parking space for the guest and we had to park our car in the street or a public parking a few blocks away form our place !! I think it has to be considered for safety and comfort of the guests !

Basic but comfortable

Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Woken up twice in the middle of the night by another guest calling our room phone and pretending to be the front desk at 12am and 1am. Its 2023, why is it possible for guests to call any room they like? Invasion of privacy and completely ruined our stay as we got no sleep at all making the 6 hour drive home precarious. Management were understanding and empathetic, currently looking into the situation.
