Overpriced, rooms need to be renovated

The pool is nice for kids. Friendly staff

The rooms are old, beds are saggy. A/C sounds like a bulldozer starting up. I couldnt hear my wife snoring anymore and thats something! The included breakfast is not good.

Location, location, location! And the super friendly and serviceable staff. Also, a very nice view and despite it's city environment and Christmas parties, the pleasantly large room was cool and quiet. Good internet connection.

The bed and sack-of-cement-like pillows (after the third night my neck and upper back were swollen and in pain), the shower head (no spray-it was as if showering with a water hose-rough), the lack of toiletries (there wasn't a lotion in sight, only one soap for face and the usual 3-bottles rack in shower - shampoo, conditioner and shower gel-nothing else), and the toilet paper (so thin it dissolved in your hands while trying to get some).

Disappointing

Breakfast was amazing. All the staff were really nice.

The pool was under construction. I picked this hotel base on the pool for my daughter so it was really disappointing that we couldn't use it.
