Comfortable and clean

The room is nice, ice machine was good.

Breakfast was ok but not as great as other holiday inn expresses Ive stayed in. Staff were nice though.

Very good

enjoyed the stay value for money time of year staff helpful.

Room clean warm comfortable. Continental breafast as required. Reception staff excellent very accomodating and helpful.

Kids running about up above in corridors but this was more so early morning later at night but we were only there 3 days.

It was our first time to Glasgow as a family visit.if I talk about the hotel and it's location it's perfect nice clean comfortable but if I talk about the city I don't recommend to visit Glasgow. We as a family visited Edinburgh past January I highly recommend Edinburgh many more things to visit people's are very welcoming.

When you walk around the shopping centre it's full of young children's smoking drugs all in groups. As a family you got to be careful it's not safe. Overall it's a ruff place.
