Much more expensive than anticipated due to lack of appropriate information.

The free airport shuttle is only available from 5:00am to 10:00pm, although I didnt find that information anywhere on the Booking.com website nor the hotels website. Our flight landed later and so we were forced to take a taxi. If you are looking for a shuttle that will be available late night or early morning, this is not the hotel for you.

100usd payment is taken from credit card when you checkin.

Clean. Breakfast was ok.

The lady in the reception during daytime was so rude. She had a very agressive attitude the moment I came to the hotel. I felt really uncomfortable with that. She rudely asked my credit card and take extra 100 usd. For the room. I really didnt understand why the hotel takes such a money. It is first time I have ever seen such a procedure in a hotel. And the money didnt paid back to my card yet. It has been 5 days since I left the hotel. Looking to get the payment back. If I knew such a procedure I would never book this hotel!

They let us in early and we had a wonderful stay there.

We did not have a chance to have breakfast, since we left at 5:00 AM. The room was great and clean and accomodated a disabled family member.

The staff at the bar had to be asked to wait on us.

Was a convenient location, staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean.

Breakfast was really good. Had options for everyone. The room was super clean, Beds were a little uncomfortable but that is almost anywhere that I go.

The beds were the only thing that I would have to complain about. Location was good, and price was reasonable. Staff was super friendly, and breakfast was really good.
