Fantastic

Clean throughout with spacious rooms, food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming. From restaurant, bar staff, reception and guest relations who are very helpful not forgetting the cleaners all very attentive to detail.

It was out of season in which hotel was quiet, however the peace was welcomed.

Our 3rd stay here. Excellent

Everything. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had the suite on the 11th floor with a large double balcony. Beautiful views of the sea, city and mountains. Food is excellent. Special thank you to Halil, Aleena , Mahsa and the other reception staff and hotel staff all very helpful

The hotel staff does an excellent job; we contacted you in advance via WhatsApp and offered to contact us if you had any questions. The hotel is clean, located in a quiet location, close to the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly, always ready to help. Staying at the hotel was comfortable, magnificent views from the window - sea, mountains. Everything was excellent and met expectations. Whenever I travel, I always try to book accommodation at the Holiday Inn hotel chain.

Clean and cosy with friendly staff

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room service menus was good and the food excellent. Staff friendly and made great suggestions to eat out that added to the enjoyment of my holiday. Spa treatments excellent. Room was clean and cosy.

Bed was a little soft for liking. Although it was a non smoking floor - smoking happened on the balcony and on occasion smelled my room out. Would like to see a pod coffee machine in the room rather than kettle and instant packets
