The location of the hotel is very good and it is clean.

This is a 5 stars hotel but the service provided is far from being 5 stars which made our stay a bit disappointing. First of all, we arrive to our room with our 7 years old daughter. No attention to her presence at all. We are provided 2 bottles of water not 3, there are tea bags and instant coffee, nothing for children. Also we didnt have slippers, I had to call to get them. Toilet accessories: only 1 shower cap is provided. No nail kits, face kits or dental kits. Additionally, last night we ordered dinner to our room. I ordered a soup. I got a ridiculous quantity of a puree consistency pumpkin soup with weird herbs that you cant swallow. This was clearly not fresh. You need to be more client oriented, honest and professional. Seriously disappointing.

Remarkable Hotel - Freezing Lobby

The staff attitude and disposition to help is extremely great. Cleaness is over the top.

Room card had to be changed 3 times shortly after arrival because it did not work. I was exhausted and that wasn't expected to happen. The big thing for me though is that the lobby is so cold which you would not expect in a Hilton specially in Vienna. You cannot sit in the lobby without your winter gear on with a jacket. Really unfortunate.
