Superb

It was good!

We liked the view! The staff are very friendly and kitchen staff were great with their food service. Great location too!

Bathroom was clean except for the dirty grout inside the shower. It was just unpleasant to look at. Coffee table had fingerprints on them which meant it wasnt thoroughly wiped. Bed had sands beneath the blanket even though our feet was clean and didnt go to the beach at all.

The view, location

The bed was not the best, it gave very bad back ache, water bottles were not replenished, the towels were changed but they missed face cloths.( not a biggie)

Elevator wait time was ridiculous. We stayed nearby for 3 nights prior and it was new years weekend and school holidays and it wasn't anywhere near the 20 mins to get into. Room wasn't clean enough. You have to stay min 4 nights to get it serviced.

if you want to live in aiders paradise , it is good choice

I lived there a few years ago. Had a good memory. big family room with all facilities. location is convenient . so booked again this year as our second hotel in Gold coast . room service dining is great

Swimming pool is not very clean.
