It is a beautiful hotel. Love the fusion of a contemporary yet antique feel of the rooms, lovely beachfront and the pool.

The location was beautiful, the beaches were beautiful and lots of choice of swimming pools. The daytime paid food options were good with the beach bars. We had treatments at the spa which was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is very quiet compared to Dubai. No sky scrappers which I hope stays like that. Our room was lovely, a good size. I asked on booking for our teens to be in the room next door and the hotel accommodated this. The other restaurants in the resort were fantastic. Not cheap but worth the money especially Al Maeda restaurant. I would recommend booking the villas rather than the hotel.

Breakfast was too busy, and it took ages to find a seat. Staff not clearing tables and running out of food. Spoke to the manager about this. Pool and beach side drinks and service take ages to come, and food is cold. The hotel is in need of repair work and updating in some places. Stayed at another Hilton in UAE, and this doesn't compare. There were a few weddings on which significantly impacted the restaurant capacity. We paid for half board but decided to avoid dinner as we were fed up with food choices and went to the paid restaurant. No evening entertainment and made our own! Only so much Uno you can play.

Perfection in everything, Spacious rooms, and the Kitchen restaurant's dinner and breakfast were the top! Latin night was so fun and entertaining with cooked-to-perfection barbeque! Thanks for the top-level hospitality.

The hotel cannot be considered a Hilton property. Hilton needs to immediately audit and strike this hotel off their list

Location is good and the property is large

The villa was old with tons of snags/ the water pipes made noise in the bathroom- there was a constant hum in the room all night and we could hardly sleep. Services were asked and no one appeared
