Great property. Rooms were great.

Staff could be more friendly. Front desk and restaurant staff were not as helpful as I expected. They met expectations, but I didn't feel they were so welcoming. Front desk staff also got my keys wrong, and I had to go back to reception to changed keys

Excellent location and facilities

The location, in the Munich Airport make the hotel perfect when travelling. There is a train station right there too to get to the city in 25 minutes but, honestly, being at the airport makes sense. The staff at the reception were very polite, fast and efficient during check-in and check-out and so were the porters who helped with the luggage. The Mountain-Top Restaurant was really good both for dinner and the buffet breakfast.

Location near airport made it easy to travel next day after 5 days stay in city. We attended the new year festival with a lot of food and live music

great location if you need to stay overnight for a connection. Great lounge bar, with good cocktails and friendly waitstaff.

I would have given it a 10 had they given complimentary bottles of water in the room. Odd that they didn't.

Great luxury hotel right next to the airport!

The rooms were really nice, modern and comfortable. The staff that helped us check in, check out and helped with our luggage were all very helpful and friendly. The location exceeded our expectations by being right next to our airport terminal for our travel back home to the US the next morning.
