The Hotel - Not Worthy of Booking.com partnership!

Nothing as such.

Nothing was good. The room was not good. It was small as compared to the Extra large double bed. I opted for Complimentry food, but the hotel denied the complimentry and I had to pay. The shower in the room did not work and even after pointing out multiple times, they did not fix the shower. The hotel staff was rude. They did not even provide basic facilities and items which every hotel provides such as soaps, tissues, towels etc etc. Overall the stay was very dissappointing and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone with such higher cost. I have also emailed the reciepts and photos of the hotel which was requested by the agent when i called regarding these issues and I am awaiting the reply from your team.
