Did not get to eat breakfast this time

Maybe a welcome note in the room with a details of WiFi , swimming pool times and any amenities in the hotel .

Everything was awesome. Employees were always smiling and helpfull, the bar and restaurant on site were great, room was comfy and clean. Some people might say that it's just for sleeping, but the experience I had really made a difference during my vacation. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely go back again and recommend to anyone who wants to go to New York.

The price and location were fine

Security lock on door broken, no solid curtains to block view from outside, possibly people living in hotel full-time, junk cars in parking lot

Not very pleasant, I was staying there with my young daughter.

It was ok, I was not happy that I called front desk in the morning and asked to extend another day and I was told that I would have to re-book another room!!

I was wondering if the hotel is a prostitution place, I saw several elderly men with young girls going into the rooms

Large room, clean, warm. Bus 167Q goes there frequently from NYC. Bus stop nearby. Would stay again as it saves you loads instread of staying in Manhattan

The breakfast chef was good. He had a smile on his face and was engaging in intersting conversations.

The air-conditing/heater unit was loud. there were some weird ticking noise near washroom area.
