Location close to Dolphin Mall. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Appreciate their mini market in the lobby which wasnt overpriced as you can see in many others hotels. Nice view from 11 floor.
Only one elevator working. If you need later check out, they will give you only one hour more, not paid options for this too. I know, it is not guaranteed, but if you have evening flight and need "airport hotel" look rather somewhere else...

The interior design of the restaurant and the magnificent view from my room and my room.
I wanted a bathtub and not a shower, tv is too close to the bed and the rust in the shower which I don't like.

Deceptive.
Location: a large Mall is across the street, on a walking distance. The room was clean.
Every time that I have booked through Booking.com choosing the 'pay at the facility/at arrival' option for different locations in the world, it worked perfectly. For the first time, after a long travel-day, I arrived at the front desk of this hotel in Miami around 8:00 PM to find out that my reservation was cancelled. Apparently, the hotel run an automatic payment at 7:00 AM on my arrival day. Since I was traveling, my phone was in Airplane mode. I did not get any messages that my card was declined during the automatic payment run. After my surprise on both my card being declined and the hotel running an early payment, I asked the staff member, Justin, if they could honor the 'pay at arrival/at the facility' policy, providing him another credit card. Justin told me that he could not, but he would talk to the Manager. When he came back, he told me that the hotel only had one room available. Unfortunately, if I wanted to take that room, I had to pay extra 60 USD, for the room, which was an upgrade that I did not need. I told him that the policies of Booking did always work and the room should not have been cancelled. In a rude manner, Justin told me that "Booking has its policies, the hotel has its own policies". I asked Justin to please bring the Manager to talk to him. Justin said: "I will not ask my Manager to come. I already talked to him and this is all we can do, if you want to take the room with us." It was late, the taxi had already left, I was tired, surprised, and frustrated. Above all, I was not happy neither with the cancellation of the room nor with the way that the hotel managed the situation. Instead of paying $123.- USD at my arrival, I ended up paying $185.- USD for a new reservation that I only needed for few hours, before continuing my traveling schedule the next morning. I reviewed the hotel policies on Booking and it did NOT say that the hotel would run an automatic payment prior my arrival.

Christmas Vacation Okay, aside from no help from Hilton and a Price Gouging Cab Company!
The location and the room.
The Taxi/Car Cab company that Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin uses for it's customers. They took advantage on Christmas Eve when no traffic was on the road at 11 am a drive to the Port of Miami and it was about a 10 minute drive and the driver charged $120. I called the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin as well as the Cab company. Hilton said "it's not their problem or issue an they are not affiliated with the cab company, and the Cab company said "Good Price". But Hilton uses it for their customers. Bad Business!!! Hilton if your gonna use a business that does your customers wrong, well then you aren't reputable just as the cab company you used. (The Black Cab) Also, no help on the phone with the Corporate office, I tried during the holiday season. I am going to try to call them today, January 2, 2024. We will not stay again!!! Bad Business!!!

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.
They cook with too much salt. We had dinner a few nights and it was very salty. Did not like the same options everyday.

Elevator was out of service for 3 days on a row and hotel staff did not care about it. Hot water is barely available in the hotel. When this feedback is given to the front desk, she doesnt seem to care about the inconvenience.
