Disappointing

1. The staff was courteous. 2. The view from the 25th floor restaurant was superb.

1. The hotel was not upto Hilton standards 2. You had to call the reception 10 times for them to answer one time. 3. The washbasin in the bathroom was clogged and was not fixed despite complaints. 4. The buffet breakfast was the same on all 3 days we had breakfast there.

The location of the property is excellent as Grab drivers can find us easily and even theres a nearby metro station. Reception staffs are well behaved.

Very less number of staffs were available for such a busy holiday season. We were not able to connect to the reception for room service at all, which was very disappointing. Even the washrooms were not properly cleaned and they also did not bother to refill the body cleansers.

It should be a 3-star facility.

Room looks clean. Bed was comfortable, good coffee for breakfast. WiFi was good.

Location was awful. There wasn't toilet at the reception floor and I was told to go to level 1 without any direction so I climbed up to level 1. But then it wasn't level 1 (told that I need an access card by some random staff). I am pregnant, super awful experience that I have to climb up and down and wait until I get to the room to go to the toilet. Also found out that you don't need access card to access the floors actually. Duh... Room was clean but after a while we noticed that dust were flying everywhere. There was also a mouldy smell (better the next day). Ac was warm. The blanket is too warm for the room temperature. No hand held shower (saw the wrong picture from Garden Inn North) so the shower was unpleasant. They should provide shower cap. Paid more for South actually but in the end North seems to be better. We booked last minute with the New Year Eve buffet at North but it was the most LOW, SHABBY buffet ever. Rm120++ for what looks more like an overnight canteen food. Meat were dry. It was just a few tables when we were there at 7.30 pm. I wondered why it was said to be fully booked at first. We managed to get out of the restaurant and cancelled the dinner. Breakfast wasn't any good either. Slow for replenishing and worst ever croissant... Nasi Lemak and friend rice were both clumpy, tasteless eggs from the eggs station. Only thing good is the coffee. Paratha taste like flour completely. Food was cold. We ended up making our own sandwich with ham. Swimming pool is just a mini pool. More like a kids size pool. Not the kind of Hilton experience to be expected. Especially the breakfast and horrible looking New Year Eve buffet dinner.

The room is clean.

The car park management was bad, I've waited for 1 hour just to take my car due to the lift is broken.. A staff has approached to me and say that the manager will come and solve the problem, but 1 hour later the manager did not appear. The same thing happened for the next day as well. It has delayed my itinerary to travel. Paid for the valet parking to have a convenient trip, but end up wasting hours just to wait for the car.
