Very good

Nice clean room with couch and kitchen. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Got immediate help when i needed housecleaning for a broken glass.

Disappointing

Nice but not the best we've stayed at.

I liked the room but it wasn't cleaned very well (there were gross boogers on the bathroom wall) the TV remote didn't work very well. The room seemed outdated for the price we paid. I loved the jacuzzi tub in the room but I did feel the need to clean it myself before I used it.

They didn't clean the room very well. The carpet felt gross on my bare feet so I had to keep socks on the whole time. The room was outdated for the price we paid. The TV was small & the remote didn't work very well maybe the batteries were dying. The pool door was broken so we had to go to the front desk to have them let us in every time. There were vending machines but for snacks only no drinks.

THIS IS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL! Dont fall for the pics

Room was clean.

This is a glorified motel not a hotel. Seriously needs lot of upgrades. Bathrooms were old style. Pool is not usable. The hot tub was dirty. The motel is right on the road with no closed hallways. Basically a MOTEL. Dont go by the pics. There was not enough seating space in breakfast area. This is a disappointment for the price a paid.

It's a great place to stay. Hot spa in the evening after full day outdoor activities.

V.I.P. treatment by Gillian!

I needed to do a last minute booking for our work crew and wasn't sure the best way to proceed with the reservation. I called the hotel and spoke with Gillian. She was an amazing help and made the process very easy. She sent me the required information and documentation so that I could be assured all would be in order. She greated our crew and made them feel as if they were V.I.P. Of course, they are indeed V.I.P. for me, so it's nice that they were treated as such. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good quality.
