Good spot in Da Nang

Great location in the city. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean & quiet. Breakfast was very good. All in all a very good place to stay in Da Nang

Save your time, money and headache!

The manager rectified a severe error that the receptionist made, however I did not appreciate the rude condescending stares we received, so its safe to say that the customer service from some were sub par.

There was no accomodating early check in service, the room and hallway were HOT! Please note, the temperature gauge doesnt go below 18 - with a temperature gun it was sitting at 23 but felt like 26! The trouble checking in was a mood killer as we didnt feel comfortable staying there after having to address an issue that any millionaire or every day worker would. All in all, we expected so much better from the Hilton!
