Fantastic stay in Cartagena

The hotel is very comfortable, a few pools, gym, spa, spacious rooms, the facilities are great, the staff is very friendly

The restaurant food is not great, could have a big improvement.

Best resort in Cartagena.

This is the best place to stay in Cartagena. Beautiful resort facilities and exceptional staff. Quality is at a premium. The hotel has beach access - though that comes with hawkers - and a water slide and other pool facilities for children. Good gym and fabulous breakfast.

The food at the restaurants (other than breakfast) is mediocre and a bit pricey.

The restaurant and menu was limited and not up to par with other Hilton hotels I have stayed.

Egg and omelet station made to order was super good. Juice station made to order available for fruit juices only.

Beach in front of the hotel had dark water, bugs and ants on the sand, and a lot of vendors. Not the private beach advertised. Pools were warm, one of them so hot it seamed like a bathtub. Food and drinks, in the pool area, took a good hour to arrive. Finger food was warm drinks watered down. Breakfast buffet did not offer green juices and although food variety was big it was not the greatest.
