The rate at which we booked ( 500 USD/night ) the hotel was way too high compared to the amentites

The location of the property is quite good

Location.

There were insects on the sofa, I called the reception and informed them. They sent a trainee. I. Asked him if a vaccum cleaner can be used and he said hotel vaccum cleaner is broken. He then came with baygon and I told him to open the windows after he sprayed it. He sprayed baygon on the sofa and the underneath and floor as well. It was really messy. We had booked the suite and this was not acceptable. We left the room as it was smelly of baygon. When we returned late night it was still smelly some cocoroaches also had died. Informed the front desk and showed them personally the issue. They only apologiesed. For the price we paid it was not all worth the experience we had at the hotel. Will not recommend it to any one who expects a good Clean room. Specially when you get a Suite.

The Hotel is exceptional.The location of the hotel is amazing with the pool for babies and adults. Just walk and you will reach the beach. A lovely spread of breakfast. Staff is helpfull.

I definitely recommend this property to everyone and will for sure try to visit again soon.

This property is perfect from all aspects, hygiene and cleanliness are always on point, staff are very friendly and helpful and always with a smile on their face, rooms are very spacious and the bed is so comfortable, the pool and other facilities are so well mantained, breakfast is so yummy everyday they have different items and they try to accommodate all the tastes, the beach is right outside the property, where you can swim and do snorkeling and watch beautiful sunsets.

Amazing family hotel, best value for money by far, highly recommended.

It was our second time at the hotel. It is very comfortable and clean. Staff is trying their best to accommodate their guests and they are really polite and professional. Location is perfect and the best part of Hikkaduwa beach is right in front of the hotel. Value for money exceeded my expectations. Will definitely go back to this place again.

Some parts of the pool could be shaded, when it's very sunny you could get sunburned fast, especially the kids pool. It would be nice if the hotel had a kids club. Spa or at least a massage area would be beneficial.

good hotel and excellent location

I have been to Sri Lanka many times. This is my favorite hotel, good beach and pool, excellent breakfast, excellent service. I would especially like to praise Mr. Pitigala, and also Mr. Vpali, and Ms. Renuka.

The only drawback is that their wines are expensive and they don't have enough cheese. Also there are too many birds on the beach that bother guests and often blow things up.
