Not worth the price

Convenient location in the heart of the city. Tesco and Sansbury shops are just outside the apartment. Multiple restaurants within walking distance nearby

1. I called the front desk reception to ask which room I am going to be in, a lady named Nicole answered the phone and told me she will get back to me ASAP. No one called me back and I have to find my own room manually. Room Number is not indicated in the email messages sent by the apartment staffs.

The apartment was absolutely spotless & smelt gorgeous. With all of the cowshed products available, luxury bedding & such a perfectly designed space, we had an amazing stay. The location couldnt be any better, youre right in the centre of bath. Well definitely return.

Fantastic Apartment

Excellent central location in the heart of the city. However you would never know it once in the apartment it was really quiet. The apartment was well equipped , very comfortable, and very clean. We used the park and ride bus service, which was excellent and great value. The hiding space staff looked after our luggage until we could get into the apartment, which was really helpful. We will definitely be staying again with this company, fantastic.

Good place to stay but comes with issues

We liked the area and being within walking distance of most popular places to go to. The apartment itself was nice to stay in but there were issues

Having no elevator as we were on the top floor. Did not like having no freezer and no chopping board. Toilet was an issue a couple of times when it did not flush. Kitchen sink did not stay hot and the hot water power button stayed stuck so water was constantly cold so we did most washing up in the bathroom sink. Electric hob was a challenge to use and did not cook our food well either it burned or took ages and fan kept switching off and the oven had far too many options for basic fan needs. Shower was hot but did not provide enough water pressure. The over head side lamps on head board of bed was sometimes a hazard. The front door often rattled and the bathroom door would randomly open if it wasn't locked
