Absolutly phenomenal place to stay in SF with a magnificent view!

Excellent location with a phenomenal view! Located in a quiet park on the hill, the iconic bridge in sight on your left and just a few minutes walk to the Fisherman's Wharf piers on tour right! Bus stop located just outside of the park allowing to connect easily to the city. Great place with a quiet and chill vibe. Decent breakfast, with multiple options. And a view from the cafeteria. Well to visit just for that!

Bathrooms, well, dated at least to say. It is an old building, however, that is a weak point.

Clean, nice people, nice breakfast, clean sheets, not so clean blankets.

Smelled humid carpet on bedroom. I think they should open the rooms a little to change the air.

The location was perfect, we did everything by foot

The guy that did our checkin, I dont know if ihe was the manager or the owner, was very friendly and helpful but the others from the staf had no patience and it looked like we where disturbing thier peace.

Unfortunately didn't have the best experience as systems were down when I arrived so couldn't be checked in even though I had a booking. And all my stuff was moved without my knowledge to another room for the last night even though the original bed was still empty.

Very Nice Hostel

Amazing location, near every hot spot in the city, either walk or bike. Beakfast was ok. The beds were confy and the room was quite clean. I'll stay here again if I ever go back to SF.

I loved the location, isolated with green space around overlooking the ocean

The late arrival close to midnight of a bunch of "kids" has been a real challenge (dragging their suitcase, talking, loud music on., going from one room to another, banging doors...) bad luck, my room was stucked in betwwen the 2 large dormitories they were occupying. They didn't go silent before 2am. I wished there was somebody from trhe staff to handle the situation
